Golados is the product of 3 generations of ideas and creativity. We hope to have a brick and mortar store in the near future but as of now, we just have an online presence.
The name "Golados" is a combination of the names of Granny, Mom & Daughter - all involved in the planning and running of Golados.
Granny is the quilting expert! She has been sewing for over 50 years and quilting for over 20 years. She is our source for all information on fabric and patterns
Mom is the crochet expert and has been crocheting for over 20 years. She is hoping to also learn knitting but it's a slow process!
Daughter is the brains behind the company and handles all sorts of miscellaneous crafts as well as marketing, accounting etc.
We have all dreamed of having our own store complete with a large selection of yarns, fabrics, patterns and more. We have visions of a sitting room with a fireplace and easy chairs where friends gather to share ideas while working on their latest project.
We plan to hold classes to teach others the fun of our crafts!
In a few years we hope to add a 4th generation to Golados...stay tuned!
